Maldives

The sea and the white beaches are probably the main attractions and the Maldives certainly have some of the best beaches in the world with turquoise lagoons teeming with underwater life. Water sports are very popular and the beaches are incredible during the day but during the hours of darkness they sometimes take on an almost magical appearance with a dancing blue glow.
